This process is used primarily for short run, spot (solid) coloured impressions on signs, banners, vehicle graphics and window/door lettering.

Minimum letter size for this process is approx. .37'' tall.

These impressions are made from self-adhesive vinyl films that are available in a wide variety of standard colours

The vinyl is placed into a computer-assisted plotter with a knife-blade attachment which cuts along the perimeter of the desired image or letter.

Each colour is cut-out separately and then transferred onto the background material. ¸

The vinyl material is made to withstand extreme outdoor conditions and can last for as long as 8 years outdoors.
